Black scenes, very frustrating

My daughter loves this app, but quite often all the animal washing scenes and the pages for different areas are just blank or black (cannot see animal, but other things sponge, etc. are there.) She gets very frustrated with it. Today she washed an animal she couldnt even see, its ridiculous.
